What the hell is going on with the AC? Don't give me that "There was no AC in Medieval Times, hence there is no AC" crap. $700 and counting for this birthday surprise and do far everyone in our party is miserable!

Pretty ridiculous that not only is your AC not working today, you have made ZERO attempt to cool the place off. My group has so far spent $700 for this event tonight and we are miserable and still have an hour of this to endure before it even starts. If you don’t have decent AC during the actual event at 7pm, I will be writing a formal complaint. GO RENT SOME FANS AT HOME DEPOT! Thank you.

My family and I had the most amazing time at Medieval Times in Scottsdale today. The show was very exciting and entertaining and the horses were absolutely beautiful. First my granddaughter Hailey caught the first flower from the Red and Yellow knight as the Knights were entering the arena. Then they brought over a piece of cake and ice cream for her birthday (okay pre-birthday) after the delicious dinner and then The Red and Yellow Knight who was our section's Knight won the tournament.
