It was a fun family experience. We had an amazing waiter (Steve), that helped to make the experience special. Can’t wait to go again.
Great time at our new home castle in Scottsdale! Made some awesome memories and can't wait to make more! Staff is great people. Vegetarian alternative food is to die for; so good!
I have been trying to get tickets for my husband’s birthday (his birthday was yesterday) since before you opened up. I signed him up for the birthday promotion but I’ve been told that even though the Scottsdale Castle advertises the promotion they are not honoring it. That’s called false advertising and not okay. Every time I’ve called I was told you don’t need to buy your tickets until the day of. Well yesterday morning tickets were sold out online so I called and they said if they had any tickets open up they would let me ... read more
Know before you go that the A/C doesn’t work well and it’s extremely hot in the corridor before you enter the arena. It’s also over priced for what you get. We were a party of 15 and paid for VIP which is an additional $25 a person and service was not exceptional. I’ve been to several dinner theaters and this one rates 3/5 stars for me. The show was good.
We had a great time. The shows were fun and entertaining, the food and service were excellent. A great family event. Highly recommend.
One of the best times I have had in a very long time. The horses were outstanding, beautiful, and well cared for and the food was delicious! Everyone at the event was kind, helpful, and FUN! Not to mention the service was top notch inside the castle AND at the bar beforehand. I don't drink alcohol, so it was nice to have some delicious non-alcoholic options to choose from. We will definitely be back, only next time, with my lovely grandmother that has a passion for horses. Thank you so much!! Go yellow!!! 😁😊❤
The actual show was great and food was delicious! All the kids enjoyed it too even our 6 year old wiggle worm who can’t sit still for anything. Only thing I’d say was horrible was how hot it was in the area you first go in and have to wait. They said to go @ an hour early so for @ an hour we were sweating our a**es off! It was horrible and we were miserable. Maybe invest some money in some ac out there or if you have ac turn it down a lot. I almost left because it was so hot. Otherwise it was a great show for all ages
