Went here for my Birthday. We bought tickets online in advance. Called the location before because there was no way to tell them online we had someone that was in a wheelchair. Never received a call back, called the call center and was told the they did not have our reservation. Had to drive to the location (not close to my house over an hourdrive away) to get it fixed. then we paid extra to get upgraded seating. I would like to add an addendum to this post. One of the Managers (Kevin) at this location reached out to me upon reading this post. He was very apologetic & Ace things right for my family. We'll if you call the 1-888-wejoust phone number the customer service will tell you Sorry but the Scottsdale AZ location is just opened and is Not Honary Any Codes for free birthday dinners or any other special coupon. Went with a large group tonight to celebrate two birthdays. Waited outside in line in the heat, which was expected. What wasn’t expected was going inside of the building and it being just as hot as outside. My friend that we were with was celebrating her birthday and she couldn’t even stay for the show because she almost passed out. AC is broken and is around 90-95 with no airflow at the 7pm showing. The manager refused to refund our tickets. I love Medival Times and was so looking forward to the Scottsdale castle. Is this how customers are going to be treated out here? Kids where in tears they got so hot. Wife got sick and finally left.

So incredibly disappointed! The parking lot was insane. People pissed everywhere... parking in front of fire hydrants... bad! We finally found offsite parking 1.3 mile walks way in 110 degree heat with a 2 & 4 year old. (We tracked distance). Horrible!!! Told to arrive 75 mins early on tickets. Then after the horrible walk, the previous group was leaving & spots open everywhere!
