I bought my used Cadillac there and have been treated great. The service dept is wonderful. I drive for 35 minutes to get a LOF because I like the place. Ally Insurance has been super, paying for a new computer and a gear shift problem with no questions asked. And I like having my car washed after service and the friendliness in general.
Doug was very helpful answering all my questions and giving great insight on the ins and outs of the 2020 Ram Promaster City Van would highly recommend Medina Auto Mall to all my friends and family.
The customer service was awesome. Ian took us around to look at different vehicles and we decided on a 2020 Jeep latitude. We are so glad we went to Medina Auto Mall Will definitely be back

Awesome sales people and everyone is very kind
The absolutely best car buying experience I could have asked for. Traded in my old car and left with a new one within two hours with no money down and super low payments. James was super helpful and didn’t once try and sell me anything, instead he asked questions like “What do you think?” “Anything you don’t like about it?” This dealership truly cares about who they are selling to and what they are selling!
Had my Chrysler minivan towed here after a flat tire, that happened of course after the service dept had closed for the night. Tim and the service team had my van in and looking at it first thing in the morning before I called. They kept me updated on progress, and Tim worked to make sure that even though my less-than year old tire was purchased at a different dealership, that the replacement was covered under the warranty. The service guys at the desk were wonderful, friendly... the whole facility is clean and spotless...my only concern your parking lot is a diaster to try and manure with all the other cars parked everywhere:( example...delivery trucks , customers cars! overall quick in and out for service on our vehicle:)
