I bought my used Cadillac there and have been treated great. The service dept is wonderful. I drive for 35 minutes to get a LOF because I like the place. Ally Insurance has been super, paying for a new computer and a gear shift problem with no questions asked. And I like having my car washed after service and the friendliness in general.
Doug was very helpful answering all my questions and giving great insight on the ins and outs of the 2020 Ram Promaster City Van would highly recommend Medina Auto Mall to all my friends and family.

Awesome sales people and everyone is very kind
The absolutely best car buying experience I could have asked for. Traded in my old car and left with a new one within two hours with no money down and super low payments. James was super helpful and didn’t once try and sell me anything, instead he asked questions like “What do you think?” “Anything you don’t like about it?” This dealership truly cares about who they are selling to and what they are selling!
