Couldn't have asked for more for a secluded getaway. No issues with hot running water or electricity despite the freezing temperatures and snow. Being able to enjoy the hot tub while viewing the snowy mountain scenery is an experience that we won't forget! The hosts were very responsive to all issues. We look forward to coming back in another season.

We had a fantastic trip and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The host was very responsive and helpful. There’s so many lovely details in the home, from the bathrobes to the rainfall shower head to the memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the hot tub was easy to use. The WiFi can be spotty, but we enjoyed the time to unplug. We hope to return soon!
Great spot! Super cute little private getaway. Not too far from restaurants/shops but nice and secluded. The hot tub was amazing. Towels and cookware and everything you need are provided. If you are visiting in winter be cautious of snow/ice and it would be better to have 4WD the hill to the stay is a bit steep. Unfortunately we were there during a downpour of rain and then freezing temperatures. Absolutely loved the property. Nice quiet and amazing views. The property itself was kept so clean and tidy and even with the snow everything was shoveled and salted. The hosts response time was immaculate and when we had some trouble on the hill because of the ice he was there within five minutes. He very generously allowed us to use his side by side while on the property to get to and from our vehicle we parked at the bottom of the hill. We couldn’t be more grateful to find this cozy “hide away” on our road trip back home.
What a spectacular treat staying at The Hideaway! Sitting in the hot tub watching the snow fall, with sparkling lights and the distance sound of a water fountain from a nearby pond as young deer ran about the woods and a family of cardinals zipped through snowy branches… so enchanting. We had a great time during our stay! Very clean, great view, lots of privacy. The only things were the WiFi was pretty slow and the hot tub was not functioning the first night we were there but the host responded very quickly and had maintenance out to fix it before we even noticed. A great value!
Such a wonderful, secluded space in the woods! We really enjoyed the hot tub, views, and fire pit. We wanted a quiet getaway with minimalism in mind. The WiFi was spotty but mainly due to the rain however we came to get away from the city and this provided just that! We’ll definitely be back!
My husband and I traveled to the Hideaway for a one night stay and we were so impressed with the host’s quickness in responding, the cleanliness of the place, and the location! We loved that we felt tucked into the mountains all by ourselves but could get to town so quickly still. The Hideaway had so much to offer with it’s beautiful views of the pond, hot tub, and games on site. The little touches such as a spa robe, impressive shower head, and incredible decor did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back!
