Peaceful & private little spot for a quick get away! Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by nature was amazing! The property and pond is just beautiful. I love the creativity of the "container" being transformed into a cozy and simple dwelling for two...and our dog! It was clean and comfortable...will definitely be back!
We absolutely loved our stay!! The views were spectacular and we had a very peaceful weekend. Our favorite part was fishing in the pond :) If you’re thinking about booking a trip, we would definitely recommend this place! Meeks Mountain Trails is only a few minutes from the house, and the hiking trails are beautiful. Thank you to the host for a wonderful weekend getaway!
This is our 4th time staying here. We love that we can get a private house for the same price as we can get a hotel room. We’ll be back!
We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and very peaceful.
We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our visit. We had our dog with us as this property is pet friendly. A fun experience to stay in a converted cargo container. The transformation was a great success! The pictures accurately represent the decor. Surrounded by nature that includes a nice size pond. The host was responsive to 2 outreaches and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. We would stay again!
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing weekend away staying at The Hideaway. This Airbnb was just as you’d hope for with a name like this, the perfect escape! We loved the seclusion and privacy for a relaxing weekend away. The shipping container home was such a unique stay and had everything we could need. Clean Quick to respond and helpful Exactly as the pictures showed Smelled new as well. Surrounded by lush trees all around perfect little get away.
The property is very scenic and the home was exactly as pictured! Small, but still has all the amenities to have a comfortable stay! We had an issue with the hot tub that made using it not possible for our overnight trip, but they were immediately apologetic and quick to work toward a resolution for us. The professionalism was greatly appreciated!
Very clean place. Loved the private surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I called once to confirm I was going the right direction, and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.
