Persistence, Attitude, and Communication. Communication!!! Very important. Most important. If there is no communication, how can we as Realtors communicate with our clients and that is the first and major breakdown in Realtor/Client relationship. It appears to them that we are not trying and we don't care. So not true but that is what is perceived. So... Thank you to you and your staff for always following up and making sure we are in the know.
