Communication was not always there and more times than most at the end Dawn helped me with almost all of our questions. Sometimes I felt as though my questions and need for communication were annoyances based on tone of voice or things said. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely could have had some improvement. She did awesome things for us absolutely. Just was lacking in those areas but Dawn was very helpful and able to step in for those things.

Better communication. Josh was great. Others lacked in communicating. Either not getting back to us in a timely manner, or when they said they would, and not going over closing details before closing.

Very long a drawn out I started with 10000$ had money to pay debts then was told at end I needed to pay debt after money was all gone sad

Always waiting to the last minute to ask for forms that are due ASAP. Communication was not good.

Last minute requests on a Friday evening not smart when in a time crunch of needing documents. Must wait until Monday to make requests causing delays. Causes unnecessary stress.

Just felt like there was a lot of miscommunication between the department one person would tell me one thing then another would tell me differently, a lot of numbers changed made it difficult for me to find the money that I actually needed, if we would of had a better idea of how much money was actually needed from the start I would of gone about things differently, we want from 10,000 to almost 20,000 2,3000 in earnest then 16,500 to close, it was just a big gap. There were multiple errors in closing documents, such as the incorrect VA fees, fees being applied that we were told wouldn’t be applied, almost getting charged an additional $900 for closing. The rate buy down was not explained to us well, other than our rate otherwise would be “awful”. Communication and knowledge of the VA loan was lacking. Information about servicing of the loan was lacking and delayed and did not work when received.
