Driver intentionally did not pick up on Monday - then again on Thursday leaving our business to deal with a week's worth of trash. The company promised us to have someone out Friday morning - they never showed up. Then promised to have someone out Saturday morning - they never showed. It's obvious this company has zero concern for their customers. Worst online billing of any company I ever dealt with. I travel a lot for work and I'm never home. Auto pay has way to many issues. All my other auto pay providers the payment process works just fine. My trash collection was shut off because auto pay wasn't working. No notice from Rumpke. Just stopped collecting. Wife was very upset. Happy wife, happy life.

We got Rumpke's service on Dec 23, 2022. Dec 28 was the first and only time they picked up the garbage. When we called the lady I talked with, assured us that they could pick up the garbage in the driveway since there is a school next to this house and it is dangerous. My son is my neighbor and picked up some of my trash and the driver realized this and I was sent an invoice. I called Rumpke was told they would remove the invoice. 6 months later right after Christmas I get another invoice. When I call Im told the driver again saw boxes with my address. <p>This isn't the first time we have had issues with Rumpke. It took us over three months to get our spare can. Last week we were told trash was a week behind due to weather. Yesterday 12/30/2022 was our pick up. It was going on four o'clock so I decided to call and see if trash was getting picked up. I’ve been wanting to return my Rumpke can since September 12, 2022. I’ve been promised they will pick up within 48 hours. Well, it is now November 5, 2022 and my can still hasn’t been picked up! I’ve called multiple times and nothing! Canceled this week because of their incompetence!!
This trash service likes to mess up your address and then refuse to fix it. I called to have new trash bins delivered to my house since I just moved. I was told they would be delivered today. I never got them and when I called to see why they told me the address was put in wrong. They said I could either pick them up from the address they had or they could contact the truck center and have them pick them up and take them. Seems like many people are having the same issues my wife and I are having. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Ive been given the runaround multiple times since ive started service with them in June 2022. I feel like I've called them about once a month about some billing issue or them not picking up our trash. As of November 1st, 2022, the past 4 weeks, ive had my trash picked up 1 time!!! 1 TIME!!!!
