Terrible service. Trash has remained in the front of our house for 4 days and possibly more as I don't believe they will make a special trip on the weekend. Was told on several occasions that trash would be picked up within 48 hours of complaint. Yet, no one showed up. Rumpke was informed a week prior that there would be a large item (dishwasher) included with trash. Was informed that since this would be the first pickup of the month, there would no charge. They don't pick up our trash most weeks customer service is terrible.
