I have a questioned Rumpke about their pricing with no satisfactory answer. I am single senior with one bag of garbage a week how can they justify charging me the same as a family of four or six. How can they justify charging someone that lives within a mile cheaper than me. There is no answer they have given me that justifies this. Missed trash pick up. Called company to let them know. Was told they would send driver out but they never did. Called in to inform that no one had come out. Was put on hold for 12 minute then they hung up. Tried calling back and was transferred to different location. Poor customer service

I’ve been with rumple for years now and problems have always gotten solved or taken care of until now. I put my trash out on a Tuesday night for pick up Wednesday morning. My trash can was shut and not even full and there was no trash sitting on or around it. It was missed that Monday so I decided to wait a day and see if they just didn’t get to our area. I've never had a trash company stress me out so much my trash has been on the curb for a week and each day I was on the phone with them having them tell me they're going to pick it up. For the past eight weeks consecutively I've had to call them and babysit because they won't pick up my trash and then they still take days after that. I've made multiple requests to speak to a supervisor and have yet to receive a call after weeks of asking. This has got to be one of the worst trash collection companies out here. Shut my service off after calling them multiple times letting them know I havent received a bill. They blame it on the postal service but I get all my other bills. How do you not resolve a billing problem Rumpke?They leave my neighborhood looking awful every time theyre out here, Ive seen him throw the cans back into the yards as well as letting trash scatter across the road and leave it there. Would give a zero if I could. They miss my trash more than they actually pick it up and each time I'm told to just leave it out...they don't pick it up until the next trash cycle!!!!

Been a customer of Rumpke for over 50 years, but my recent experience with Rumpke has left me feeling as a victim of crime. Driver picked up several cans and threw my personal garbage can into the truck, crushed it, and drove away. After calling Rumpke they quickly called out that they are "not responsible" for personal garbage cans. Leaving them exempted from any responsibility for destruction and theft. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Promises to pick up garbage by hand for over a month (this was after required letter was obtained from doctor requesting service accommodation for a disabled individual) never done. Several emails and phone calls. No resolution. Garbage had to be disposed of by another family member. A supervisor called and apologized profusely telling me they would follow up and never did. Discrimination against the disabled.
