Buying a home can be hard and confusing. I would ask random questions to understand my process and Melissa would respond very quickly with clarification. Having someone as your LO that you feel comfortable with is the best feeling ever since the home buying process can be intimidating. So thankful that I chose this company. Mellisa is very clear and openly available to answer any questions you may have. None of them will be stupid and being first time homebuyer I had a lot of crazy ones. I was very satisfied with the communication during the loan process. This makes sending and receiving documents so much easier and this moves us to closing so much faster. I (the applicant) was as prompt as I could be to submit the requested documents which also helps the loan process keep moving forward at a steady speed.
