I own a 1920 bungalow in the a Downtown historic district. It was nice to have an appraiser that was knowledgable about historic properties be sent to evaluate the property. Additionally, many other lenders (I am a real estate Broker) put refinances on the back burner and I feel that purchases and refinances are both given priority at Suburban.
