By far the smoothest transaction I've had buying a home.. (and I'm a Realtor). They were given 1/2 the time to fullfill the mortgage request and were able to meet and exceed all expectations!... Getting my first home was a nerve wracking experience but the people at Suburban made it so easy and stress free. They were quick at getting back to me on all questions and concerns. They did not steer me wrong. I am expecially greatful to Matthew Kelchner is the best at his job, he was caring and efficient and his job. They took wonderful care of me and I would recommend Suburban to any 9f my friends or family that were looking to buy.
