Great surgery. Great doctor. Everything was great except there was a lot of paperwork done at our first visit that I had to sit down in an office and fill out with an employee (with my toddler) that could’ve been done online or at the very least I could’ve done on my own while I was waiting to be seen.

Noted floaters in my field of vision and called the after hours line. She called me right back and was able to see me the next day. Listened to what was going on, took pictures and determined that it was not something that needed to be treated urgently and scheduled me a follow up in 3 days with my primary ophthalmologist

Thought I needed surgery, but Dr Shipley thinks not. I'm very well pleased with how it's going.

Was having difficulty focusing my eyes. Each alone okay, but then depth perception suffers. Dr. Shipley put a prism lens in my glasses today, and I am able to read, go online, etc. with focused vision.

I would give Dr. Shipley a 10 if it was available. She is extremely easy to talk to , takes time to listen and she is a wonderful surgeon. She operated on my eye twice and my vision is perfect. She even answered my husbands questions. Her staff is great too. They make you feel like you are important to them. Overall a good outcome from a bad situation.

I've needed frequent appointments with ophthalmologists throughout my. life. I'm happy to have found Dr. Shipley to help me reassess the specific concern that took me to her office recently. Unfortunately, there are no new options for someone my age, but I felt that her advice was sound and that she was being honest with me -- which is what all of us must want from our health professionals.

Returned for follow up 1 week after adult strabismus surgery. Eye is healing well and she checked vision and vision has improved greatly. No more double vision. Return in 1 month for follow up and possible release.
