Didnt seem to have our appt. in computer. After some whispering and a phone call it seems they worked it out. Then was hit with "you'll be here 2-3 hours today". Visit was for a 4-yr old. Was not told that on the phone when appt was made. 2 hours in, 4-yr old is about done. Waited 20 MORE min in another room then Dr walks in for a 3-4 min test & were done. Had to pay out of pocket - was not told that. Not good with kids at all. Felt we were squeezed in due to sched prob & were made to pay for it
Dr. Shipley is excellent. She takes time with me and answers all my questions.
