The food was delicious and such a fun experience! I would definitely eat here again for special occasions.
Despite having reservations, the vening was nearly ruined by the hostess when we walked in and would not seat us until the all guests had arrived. There was not a wait line and there were open tables. I expect that when I am going to spend several hundred dollars for a meal and my table is open, that my party is seated immediately to have drinks and talk. Quality restaurants do this! Amazing meal and service! Leif was our server and took incredible care to make sure that a gluten allergy was taken into consideration. His service was timely and attentive and the food is heavenly. What’s not to love about meat cheese and chocolate?? Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Overall a pretty good experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good. I joked to my wife that we were going to a fancy place, dropping a couple hundred bucks to pretend like we were cooking in a college dorm. The cheese fondu was good, salads were decent, main course was good and the chocolate was amazing. Overall a good place to shake up date night.

Really good server. Food was good..we enjoyed the dessert and entree the most. The appetizer (cheese dip) was OK but not totally to our liking. I would recommend this place for the overall experience.

I always have a lovely time at the Melting Pot! This time I went for a Mother’s Day lunch instead of dinner and it was still a very nice experience. I recommend doing A La Carte with just the cheese fondue, salad, and chocolate. It’s still plenty of food if you skip the entree.

Seems like this location is understaffed. Took over 3 hours to eat dinner. Don’t know if I will be going back.
There was only one employee to take orders, serve, bartend, etc. He did a great job but our meal took 3 hours. There was a ton of food. What they say serves 2 could actually feed 4. Save yourself some $$$. It cost more than $100 per person.
