Our first time at The Melting Pot and we will definitely be back!! It was so good and our service was amazing!!

We have gone every Christmas as a family to have dessert after visiting other Holiday locations on a special night out. This may have been the last time we choose to do that. The server was friendly, but not very attentive once our chocolate fondue was served. The ratio of chocolate to dipping food was disproportionate, and when we asked for more fruit the server brought back the equivalent of 1.5 strawberries and a third of a banana. I love the melting pot so I’ll go again but the service was so poor that I was embarrassed in front of my guests. This has never happened before. Don’t publish this because I think it was atypical.
Always a fun time. We had Talia and she did a fabulous job for our birthday dinner!
It was so fun! Expensive, but a fun and memorable girls’ night out.
If this is the first time you have been, it is a complicated ordering process and poorly explained by the server. The server was flippant with our questions since we were new there. Highly recommend booking the six-person table with two burners vs. the standard booth with one - with a group of four, we had to battle over the single choices of cooking style and cheese flavors - the whole group has to share one choice.
