We have been to a lot of Melting Pot restaurants, and usually always enjoy ourselves, but the staff seemed rushed and frustrated. The serving sizes were smaller than normal from the other Melting Pots we have been to. Food was still good, but we felt very rushed and the staff barely ever checked in on us.
Dipping food in cheese or chocolate, does life get any better?? Always enjoyed the Melting Pot. Ordered the Classic Alpine, plus two of their specialty salads. Fondue flavor was wonderful. The portion size was noticeably smaller, the food items for dipping were boring. The salads were delicious. It's a basic, enjoyable fondue experience. Nothing more, nothing less. Treat your self, and go.
The melting pot is a fun experience, but the meal took over 2.5 hours and the food quality was poor in some areas. There were lots of bruised spots and browning on our apples we were served with our fondu, some of the strawberries they brought us were beyond mushy, the breads and brownies etc they brought were also low quality. I wouldn't expect produce quality to be that bad at a cheap diner, let alone a restaurant this expensive.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! We would have liked a more cozy secluded table. We were seated right next to the kitchen and heard "corner" all night. Slater was a fantastic server!
Everything was perfect and the food was delicious
Amazing experience! Our waitress was hospitable and explained the process for this unique dining experience & was very friendly. If you go, make sure you go on an empty stomach! 10/10 recommend.
