Service was a tad slow, seems out waiter often forgot about us but he was still very friendly and did a good job!
We have been going to the melting pot for our anniversary for the last 10 years. Our food is always great but this year was exceptional. And our server (I wish I got his name) was absolutely fantastic!
They have definitely streamlined the process. I’m not complaining. Our server was excellent - especially considering how busy they were at 2 pm on a Saturday, the week before Christmas! It was fun to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely go back.

We had Jon as our server and he went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Very cool guy who was fun to talk to and was very attentive, checking in on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. Because of him we will definitely be back.
We were a party of 5. We came in for a work Christmas celebration. We had an enjoyable evening. Service was great. Plan plenty of time to just relax and enjoy the food and company. We were there for almost 3 hrs . Very fun!
Slater did amazing! My girlfriend and I had a fabulous experience!
It was a good visit. Was disappointed that I specifically ordered an entree choice that had duck and the waitress didn't know that they were out. When I asked her she apologized and was sweet about it, but it is what I came there for. So I was sad.
Amazing time! Best server great experience. Supersedes our last visit by far 💕
