This place has good food, but I think it is a bit over priced. We have been there more than once, so it’s not a deal breaker.
Melting Pot food was good, BUT the value was not present during this trip. We had a double date, but were forced to sit at a table with one burner (even though we made the reservation well in advance).This limited our cheese choices and chocolate choices to a single choice (among 4 people). Every other time we’ve had 2 burners. Plus we received the same amount of cheese dippers as a single couple next to us. Our server Madi was awesome! 5 star customer service! Food was amazing too!
Such a fun dinner experience and the food was delicious. Definitely save some room for dessert and order a couple drinks they’re worth it!
We had a wonderful waiter and manager checked on us too. The food was good but the steak was kind of tough. We would go back.
This time, the steak was pretty chewy, unlike usual, so it slightly lowered the experience. It needs to be tender and easy to chew. Our service, though, was incredible! Madi offered astonishing service!! We will be back for sure.
The Sirloin steak was tough. Shrimp and Salmon good

Me and my husband and I went for our first anniversary dinner. Everyone said it was great and should at least go here once. We got in and got seated. Our server said happy anniversary, and we started to order. Our first red flag should have been how long it took our server to come over and greet us, but we knew it was busy.
