We visited for my son‘s 15th birthday, along with his kindergarten-age twin sisters. Emily was absolutely fantastic. She was patient in describing everything to the Littles, well making sure my son and I were also taken care of. Drinks were filled promptly and even customized based on preferences. Anything we asked for, they were went out of their way to accommodate. They even provided him with a birthday strawberry, complete with candle, so he could blow out his candle. We have been going to the melting pot for years, we have always had a great experience and even with our children this time was no exception
We had a great dinner. Mazie was a fantastic server! There were 6 of us and the booth they put us in was somewhat crowded and cramped. I didn’t love the seating but otherwise the food was delicious and the service was very good. It’s very expensive but you go for the experience so it makes sense. For me it’s a very once in a while dining choice. It’s definitely a fun place for a special celebration.
We brought our daughters for their first time as a Christmas dinner celebration. It was an amazing evening. Everything was perfect.
Very good staff! Food is good. It’s an “experience” dining event - not the highest quality meats or fish you’ll ever get, but it’s good.
Great service and great food. Server was very friendly.
