lunch with Director and mom. Rooms are very nice with good size bath and closet and small kitchenette. Balcony or patio space. Seems to have all the bells and whistles I think mom would like. Grounds are very green with lots of trees and plantings. The only draw back I see is the lack of a Memory Care Facality on the grounds. This means that mom would have to be moved at a later date. Make sure your needs will be met. Assisted living is exactly what it is! Our mom has incontinence and took a long time for them to change her. Also make sure you understand the rent raises
They are not very helpful when you need things fixed in your apartment, I have been waiting 3 days for an urgent request that I put in. They do not help you - I was very sick in my apartment for over a week the nurse said she would check in on me and she never showed up to check one time. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They ignore you. I wish I would have known that the food served here was so unhealthy and I would not have moved in. The charge you [amount removed] and then you are just stuck here.

Without knowing the particular issue that needs to be fixed, it is hard to help you. In general, we suggest that all urgent matters should be directed to the maintenance director and/or the executive director. Our policy is to check often on residents who may be sick. Every day we check on all residents at least twice, even if you are not receiving assisted living care. I have lived here for 8 months. The bus service that they advertise doesn't exist hasn't existed since before I arrived but was never discussed when you signed the lease. I would have never signed the lease had I known that they only had transportation to doctors. No trips, no grocery trips. No outings and one excuse after another as to why they do not. I give this facility one star if that. I totally 100% agree with the review on here about how the ones families mother was treated. I wish I would have investigated this facility more before bringing my mom here only to be treated like a dog. She went and also after losing her home and had some of her wits about her as well but as soon as she started getting a little bit of dementia they quickly wanted to kick her out with no notice even though all of those people in there have dementia. I would not recommend this facility. The director [name removed] was extremely rude and the nurse [name removed] I did not care for her attitude as well. My mom came to the facility after losing her home and her car and was very depressed. She did not adjust well to this type of living situation as she still has her wits about her and knows what's going on. When we moved her in there they were really great and then they got sold to Brookdale and they kicked her out because they said she couldn't participate in her own care. I was extremely disgusted with them. When we signed up we understood that she could stay there to the end of her life and now we've hear that they've kicked several people out. It smelled, they were not keeping it up and she started falling because they were supposed to be giving her blood pressure medication and checking her blood pressure. They were not ch... read more
