We chose Pacifica senior living because of proximity to what my parents were currently doing at that time and also the staff members. I worked with [named removed] for a year and a half before my parents actually moved into the facility. They are kind, thoughtful, helpful and I did not at all feel pressured and I felt like they really truly cared. They have a pool here and that has been a huge plus and was a great selling point for them. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It a great community. They have done a great job to covid. They have a lot of activities. The communication between the community and the family is good. the communicate by email and phone. I would recommend this community to others

This facility was very clean. The people very friendly, and a lot of activities. I liked they had a pool and a exercise room. The times and place for serving food was great. It’s is a restaurant style food service. The room that they use respite care was very nice and roomy.

[name removed] . contact person I ended up going early and [name removed] chatted with me and gave me the tour. A more desert feel than the Temecula site. And not as large. Has an on-site beauty salon, small workout room, lots of places to sit outside in the shade or in the sunshine. Rocking chair‘s or loungers. We took my very picky mother in law on a tour yesterday. This would be the fifth place we toured in hopes of finding her new home. In short, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED It. It was clean, no hospital smell. The room layout were perfect. The model room was decorated beautifully. Every employee was friendly and loved working there. Even the maintenance crew stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves. Get this, the Executive Director was outside bbq'n hamburgers for all the employees. He even bbq'ed hamburgers for us. The staff here at Atria Menifee has been incredible. My grandmother can be challenging at times, yet the staff continues to be caring and compassionate. I looked at many places before deciding on Atria and am convinced I made the right choice. The Health and Wellness Director and Resident Care team have been more and more impressive as my grandmother's needs have grown. I would not hesitate to recommend Atria Menifee to a friend or relative who is looking for assisted living.
