Our Dad has been at Pacifica for 2+ years. We have had experience with other facilities for Dad & other family members. We can say from first hand experience, that Pacifica is the BEST. It starts & ends with their staff. Every one of them is wonderful & caring. They are genuinely sweet, caring & patient with all the residents…..everyday..! The staff at Pacifica Menifee are very helpful and care for everyone there .. When one of my Aunts went to they hospital, they really stepped up and checked on the other very often.. Super happy with the whole experience.. [name removed] the care coordinator is great.
From the moment we entered everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a question it's answered easily. So far the experience has been wonderful.
Visit each place you are interested in at a scheduled time and them just pop in another day to see if community is as they showed you first day.
We moved in approximately 4 months ago. Any problems that we have had have been small and taken care of right away. In general we are very pleased and happy to live here. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and seem willing to help no matter the situation. We love our apartment and feel very at home here.
Dad has really enjoyed living at Pacifica Menifee. The ambassador team has been great, getting him involve in card games and other activities. The staff is super friendly and willing to help in all aspects of care.
Pacifica Senior Living Menifee was our 2nd choice (2nd favorite) based on quality for the dollar. [name removed] there was so kind and helpful. And she gave us really good cookies as we left. It was a really great tour and facility!
We've been a part of the Pacifica community since [date removed]. We relocated from San Diego and we've been very satisfied living here. The staff is extremely attentive to our needs, there are plenty of activities, the food is tasty and nourishing and the residents are very friendly. We would highly recommend Pacifica Assisted Living - Menifee.
Although I have only been a resident for [time frame removed] I feel at home among friends. I enjoy the activities and will be frequenting jacuzzi often! Transportation and trips are great!!
