Absolutely love the staff at Pacifica. EVERYONE we have interacted with has been nothing short of fantastic. They all have such a caring spirit and genuinely like what they do and the residents they care for. My mom has been here for about 5 years now. Overall very happy with the caregivers and the wellness nurses. They are always very attentive and they really know my mom. However, she has been very unhappy with the food for a long time and I have heard the same thing from other ladies she's friendly with. These women have been making good dinners for their families for decades and know what's "recycled meatloaf into spaghetti sauce" when they see it. I'm so pleased with Pacifica Senior living Menifee. For us the memory care is perfect for our Father. The staff is wonderful & they go over & beyond their duties. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and really the entire staff makes us feel very comfortable knowing our Father is in good hands. We feel very fortunate & Blessed to have found this amazing facility. [name removed] is doing a great job!!! Always available to talk with. We really appreciate everyone here. My dad has been a resident in the community since 2019. He loves the friendly, dedicated and caring staff. He is well cared for and enjoys the many amenities; the pool, exercise classes, and he has even taken up painting and crafts! It is not uncommon to find groups of residents in the lobby after dinner playing cards or visiting with each other. The residents genuinely care for each other and the staff. This is a special place and I am so glad my dad is here.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience, the staff were very knowledgeable. It was a nice clean place.

I moved here 8 months ago. At first I didn’t want to leave my house but now I am happy I did. The residents are very friendly and the staff from kitchen to nurses to office staff are exceptional. I have found peace and contentment here. It is clean , the apartments are very nice and the grounds are lovely.

This was a nice community. The available apartments were too far from the dining room for our loved one.
