Needs were met..
Excellent services and support. Very knowledgeable and helpful with diagnosis and prognosis advice to instill confidence in me that I'm receiving the correct care.
Staff was very nice and helpful, but communication was not very strong. A follow up appointment was scheduled for be but I was not notified. This created a problem with a refill and delayed my medication schedule. I was advised twice that a prescription had been sent to a pharmacy but was informed both times that the prescription had not come through.
The staff is great made me extremely comfortable
Kristen is the best urologist I've ever had. Complete concern over my issues, and really cares. I am most grateful to have her.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I believe that they know what they are doing to help me.
