Alex fixed somone elses screw up. Having some problems with the pump. He said we can fix it now or wait a yr and put In the new improved model. Decided to wait a yr. We drive 3 hrs to see him. Well worth the drive. I'll reccomend him highly to others.
The doctor was great! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. However, the nurse seems very slow as usual. I noticed all nurses under Urology Indiana are very slow of response and the service level is the worst I have experienced comparing to other medical facilities. Always need follow up to push when it comes to prescription or scheduling appointment. Never answers phone and always respond the next day, the best.
The doctor with whom I met discussed a plan of treatment and potential options to be considered if the first option was unsuccessful.
It was great hardly waited at all.
