Will never go back. Dr. A made me feel like the worst mother because my kid drinks more than just water. I've been here about 6x for routine cleanings over a span of four years. When my son was 4 he had tooth decay on his baby teeth from medication (he was under the care of another doctor that also confirmed this). Each time I'd tried having a good attitude that the next time would be different, but it wasnt. My son loved the office and that's why we stayed but once he got back to the exam rooms it was a different story. He ... read more

Business response:

HI Misha. We always appreciate feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt that way. Our goal is patient/parent education from diet to brushing. Juice and fruit snacks are the worst offenders when it comes to causing cavities. We are here to help develop healthy habits. We wish you and your family the best.

EVERYTHING Dr. A did on my son needs fixed. Crown needs pulled because of an abscess under. Which I brought him back to Dr A 6 months ago because my dentist said it doesn’t look right. Got right in and Dr. A gave us a lecture of how my dentist doesn’t know what she’s talking about because she’s a family dentist and not pediatric. Talked down to me and then said his tooth is fine. Now, that tooth needs pulled. Not to mention the three fillings he filled have decay, and now they need crowns. Not only this, but my son is now te... read more

Business response:

Dear Melissa: We are sorry you feel that way. We have always been here to help our patients and try to give them the best advice. As you very well know, that we can restore teeth, however you have to take care of the restoration on a daily basis. Continuing to eat sticky candy and consuming sugary drinks will affect the longevity of any restoration done by any dentist.

We have been going to dr.A for several years. My daughter had a painful absence on her gum and they refused to see her that day and tried to schedule her an apt for a week later. Patient with a possible infection should be top priority. Needless to said my pediatrician go her In The same day and she is doing well now.

My kids love Dr. A, it is too bad that they stopped the weekend hours. I now have to find a different dentist because of it.

After going to a cleaning, Dr. Armanazi informed me that my six year old son had multiple cavities. The way he talked to me made me feel like a horrible parent because my son ended up with cavities. He then informed me that he would need a silver cap on each tooth with a cavity. He said we would have to take him to Rainbows to have it done and that he would have to be put to sleep for the procedure. The secretary then gave me a quote of $900 out of pocket after our insurance for the dental work only. This did not includ... read more

I made an appointment over a month ago for my 2 sons to be seen with a referral from our current dentist. We got to the appointment 15 minutes early and we weren't taken back to the room until 40 minutes after our appointment started. The girl at the front desk gave me an attitude because I was having trouble filling out the forms on their computers. Once taken back to the room the dental assistant asked questions with her back to us and filled out her paperwork for about 10 minutes. Then she turned around and just stared at... read more
