We have been going here for nearly 5 years now with our 4 dogs and cat for routine care and numerous emergency situations. Overall the care has been pretty solid. What was a huge bonus was that they used to be 24/7 but they don’t offer that anymore. We had an Appt today to get our dog a rabies shot. I made the Appt for 0920 and wrote it down on my calendar as soon as I got off the phone. I have no idea what happened, we've used this facility my entire life and although more expensive than most I found them worth it. I'm not sure if its under new ownership but the feeling is very different, feels less concerned about overall care and I've been receiving conflicting information compared to my previous history and experiences here and that given by other vets. although its never been said to me I get the feeling they are offended that I would question the advis6e given yet some of their advice makes no sense wh... read more

they don't let u use restroom i was in urgent care for 2 hours every time u have too leave too restroom u have too call them and when you come back dr was do nice but u can't go in with your dog or cat

While we know that wait times for urgent care are stressful, we do try to help as many pets as we possibly can each day to avoid pet parents having to drive 1-2 hours round trip for a vet visit. Mi esposo llevó un perrito de solo 3 libras, estaba sólo vomitando y le aplicaron una inyección para supuestamente detener el vomito y después de 2 horas el perrito murió y preguntando a otros veterinarios la causa más posible fue sobredosis del medicamento.
