The staff here is amazing. Our baby suddenly started having seizures and unfortunately we had to put him down. They were able to get us in fast, and it didn’t matter that it was our first time there. They allowed us to say goodbye and stay after. Our vet listened to us even through our crying and go on and on. I was an a complete mess (still am) and there was no judgements, nothing but caring and understanding, not only for our dog Dino but for us as well. I would especially like to thank Yvonne. She assisted us immediately 1 week ago on a Saturday night as our cat had passed away en route to the Animal Care Clinic for an emergency appointment. Once we arrived at the clinic, Yvonne was compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice.

They handled my dog with such great care. Dr. Matt Kafka explained the procedures needed and I booked the appointment. I was worried I couldn't afford everything during this time of the stay at home act but he worked with me and lowered the price dramatically. I am so grateful for all their help and care they provided for my dog of 7 years. I recommend giving this vet a chance to bring your pets here for the best care. Thank you, Merced Animal Center.

I adore Merced Animal Medical Center! First taking our beloved ZsaZsa there to treat her diabetes and pancreatitis, they were so loving and kind and didn’t mind at all me calling at all hours to check in. Now poor Dr. Hannigan is tackling my beautiful little Yorkies sisters Paisley and Pebbles 😂, they are a handful but are treated with so much love. We have been coming here for over 10 years . Definitely 5 STARS! Always pleased, always good care, empathetic doctors and staff . Very pleasant,reasonable prices , good recommendations, clean, and friendly for animals and their people. Our pup saw a new doctor this time and we were pleased too!
