ALL the ladies were so amazing and caring. I was just taking a stray puppy that walked into our lives for a bad ear infection. And when I was asked "What's your pet's name??" At that moment I decided how horrible not to be part of a familia. I brought my cat in a couple days ago when we noticed something off in him. Unforntatly he didn't make it and had to be put to sleep. The nurse who answered the night bell was super helpful and nice, and the doctor I saw explained everything. My lucky boy was sent home while I was petting him and he didn't suffer anymore. Thank you merced animal medical center for all your help. I miss my boy but he was taken care of in a loving and professional manner. �

I love Merced Animal Medical Center I took my little sweetheart fifteen-year-old Ricky in and needless to say we have to put him down because he had pneumonia the staff there was very compassionate loving understanding thanks again for all your help your kind words your compassion for me my family and my sweet Ricky who is now in heaven thank you from the bottom of my heart I will always have a place for each and everyone of you who helped me with Ricky God bless you all
My little Harley was accidentally back over and we rushed her in and they took over with so much compassion toward Harley's condition..The Dr took over and had to be the one to tells us the bad news. The Dr words where so kind when she told us. The whole staff where full of kindness.
