They handled a difficult outstanding recall repair that existed for my pre-owned Volvo purchased elsewhere. There were a couple of minor scheduling mis-communications but overall, I was treated extremely well and the car seems to have been well cared for.

Tried USAA Car buying service for the first time. Got an message from Dave Roberts. It was just one message we were not bombarded by one message after another like we were from other dealers. We met with Dave told him what models we were considering and he said the best thing to do was come by when we had time and drive all of them back to back. I had a fantastic experience with Berglund Luxury in Roanoke. I brought my Land Rover to Berglund from 3 hours away for a major service repair that it needed. As a new customer (I purchased my LR4 in a different area), they were very friendly and accommodating on the phone.
