Quality of the work and friendliness of the staff.
They handled a difficult outstanding recall repair that existed for my pre-owned Volvo purchased elsewhere. There were a couple of minor scheduling mis-communications but overall, I was treated extremely well and the car seems to have been well cared for.

I had a fantastic experience with Berglund Luxury in Roanoke. I brought my Land Rover to Berglund from 3 hours away for a major service repair that it needed. As a new customer (I purchased my LR4 in a different area), they were very friendly and accommodating on the phone. I dropped my car off and was given a ride to the airport by Berglund to pick up a rental car for my return trip, only to find that I had been double booked and there were no rentals available.
