I'm 65 years old and have had over 50 cars and trucks registered in my name . I bought a 650 I convertible from these guys back in December and it took until today,5 months, for them to resolve what was an obvious mistake ($2500) by the finance guy. Not one guy in senior management had the courtesy to ever call me to explain or apologize. It wasn't until I threatened to get a lawyer that I got it resolved.
