All day at dealership. A loaner was not provided when asked for one. So from 8:45 am til 3:00 pm my day was spent in the lobby.

I had an appointment for 12 noon and after arriving at that time, I had to wait another 25 minutes while others were waited on including the car behind me. I had to ask twice to get waited on. I commented on that my car does not slow down when coming upon another car. All I received from the person in charge is that they checked it and it worked. And it still does not. I'm not particularly happy with this dealership.
