Staff was friendly. Did not have to wait long for loaner car to be brought out. Clear coat was applied to vehicle and a/c blower replaced. Warranty items, so no out of pocket except toll fees.

BEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALWAYS KEEP ME INFORMED THE ONLY THING I WOUD HAVE A LITTLE DISTAFACTION ANY NOTHING TO DO WITH BEN, BUT OUT SPRINTER HAD WORK DONE ON THE DOOR FROM A BODY MERCEDES USES AND ALL THREE VEHICLES HAD GREASE ON THE WINDOWS.. I DONT THINK THEY REALIZE HOW TOUGH GREASE IS TO GET OFF WINDOWS. THE BODY WORK LOOK GREAT.
