My experience was good. I had used the Road Side Service to boost my dead battery. Therefore, I immediately drove to the dealership to get it replaced. My concern was I had no appointment. Scott VO was my service writer in the place of Z who was out sick. Scott had no issue with me coming in without an appointment & processed my vehicle for repair. He personally called & notified me when it was ready for pickup. He even let me know the time the service dept. closes so I could get there
