It should not take 3.5 hours to change a battery, especially if one has an appointment. Cost of Battery plus LABOR, was not appropriate. One can't even get the Gel battery any more. I had bought a 2002 used in 2005 . The battery lasted until 102 when I replaced it. Incidentally , the battery had to be recharged before I drove off the lot. THAT is longevity.
