The scheduling process was awesome. They got us I on a very short emergent notice and set us up with a loaner. Unfortunately, a "possible same day service" turned into 2 full days, because of some miscommunication between the shop and our service advisor and as a result, us not getting the right updates. I spoke about that with the service manager who was super nice and professional and ironed everything out for us. Overall a great bunch of people to work with.
