81 years old services man gave me a ride back to work while consultant working my routine maintenance. The 81 years old told me lots of story make my morning traffic like a breeze, but 5 hours later, my service consultant did not even call me back for 3 hours works, when I went back to the shop by UBER try to wait for my car, the consultant try to sell me another service let make my wait for another hour! What a different?
