While I always have a great experience at Mercedes -Benz of Plan, this time was exceptional. Jennifer Collins was my service advisor and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She took care of everything so quickly and carefully including getting me a loaner car when I was told over the phone that there were no more loaners available that day. I truly appreciate all of her efforts.
