Great Service as always, on time, the first time
Great service as I have come to get accustomed to from this dealer service center. Account manager was attentive to get my issues resolved. The car loaner program is icing on the cake.
Customer Service was not as good as I had hoped. I was not able to speak with the service advisor at pick up. Several issues were entered incorrectly and I was unsure if my concerns were addressed. ?Will look for another Mercedes dealership next time.
