Quick turnaround.Barely finished my coffee.
Dealer provided great customer service, even though I didnt get the car. Staff was prompt to follow up on my inquiry through CARFAX website, as well as to let me know that particular car had just sold (while I was on my way to the dealership). Disappointed that I didnt get the car, but appreciated the speedy responses.

MB Plano always takes great care of me and my car.
Always great service and attention to details to resolve the customers needs. I especially enjoy working with Chad at the service department. They handle all the warranty calls and details and the loaner program adds to convenience and value to me as a customer.
Radio/System control head unit appeared to have shorted out. They handled calls to warranty company to replace it. As always the loaner was an added bonus in terms of convenience.
