Service Advisor and Service manager
Mr Luis is an excellent Service Manger 10/10 I highly recommend MB Plano! Attention to detail, superb! Great staff!
Loved the service, facilities and staff.
Very happy with the customer service and my wonderful car at Mercedes-Benz/Plano
Great service, Christina was amazing!! Very experienced and knowledable with the vehicles. My only downside was I paid for them to checkout a noise I had been hearing since I purchased the car from them, only had it for a little over a month.
I visited yo fix the message popped on Dashboard. They diagnosed and said it will be one time . Hopefully the message does not pop up
Smooth excellence service. Car was cleaned and looked good like the picture
Long time to determine repair components for a damaged mirror. Requested assembly replacement but was told assembly was not available. Service rep was excellent but system was hard to deal with.
