This service center overbooks appointments. Car was at center for 2 1/2 days for pre-scheduled standard maintenance appointment. Service rep was very professional but there wasnt much he could do to expedite vehicle.

Was for airbag recall. They said would take most of the morning, but they had our car back to us within two hours. Excellent coffee as well (LOL)

Purchased a Porsche Macan. The service was excellent, though a little slow. Car got here fully detailed and looked fantastic. I am very happy with my purchase except for the fact that someone stripped the car of everything they could sell on e-bay. It was void of floor mats, operations manual, navigation and one key. Not too happy about that.
