Not sure how they sell and service Mercedes when at least 2 people could not put the spare tire cover back on correctly on our 2025 G series. There are 2 parts to it 1) A cover to cover the face of the wheel with the emblem on it 2) Another cover that wraps around the tread to lock the front cover in place. Cover 1 got accidentally damaged when the wind blew and I needed the spare so when I took it in for new tires that part I had at a paint shop to get fixed so I just had part 2 and I told them this multiple times. 2 people... read more
Despite having bought my MB via this dealership years ago (not Berglund then). Be warned that their policy is to refuse serving MB's older than 10 model years. I'm stuck with a dead vehicle in my driveway less than 2 miles from the dealership that had previously provided service but the current ownership has politely advised me to go elsewhere.
