Sold a brand new Mercedes that we found out a year later had previous damage (discovered when selling to new owner who did an inspection) Mistakes happen but we can't even get a response from the GM (Bryan Vass). Horrible way to run a business, we are forced to get an attorney for something that they can simply address.
