Rude people, Disrespectful Went to the dealership to purchase another MB as I've had multiple over the years. Sales Manager was just rude when it came to quoting my trade, far below the book values. We didn't come to a deal because of this and I ended up at another brand. They should be more respectful, we all know you want to make a profit, but be real - the trade in values are what people should expect to get for a fair deal, offering thousands below isn't acceptable. Auto pilot did not work date of sale and still does not The salesman was great,Financing was great. Reported day of sale, 02-20-17 that the Becker Pilot does not work correctly,still doesn't a month + later. Have been in service several times and problem still exists. Chipped paint Cover up Took my MB in to have work done... First I felt like they felt they were better than me... Only one lady made me feel welcomed. My truck isn't new it had marks on it... But I know how and where every mark came from.. Yet it's dings and red paint on my driver door that wasn't there before I left my truck n they're care. Make sure you get close up pictures of your vehicle and do a walk around with them before if decide to leave your vehicle in they're care.
What a sub-optimal experience. Drove over 100 miles to purchase a used Lexus SUV from this MB dealer. Upon test drive, vehicle turned out to have malfunctioning side-view mirrors. An issue that was not previously disclosed. While Brian Murphy attempted to work with me on an adjustment to the price, "Management" suggested that the price already reflected the condition. Body Shop - Mercedes of West Chester I took my car in for body service work based on a recommendation from my Allstate Insurance Agent. Here is a list of the problems I experienced since then: 1. Headliner had a hole in it when it was returned to me. They took it back and made a repair. Not new, but repaired. 2. New roof with new paint developed problems 2 months after the work was completed. Had to tow my 2006 R350 in for an estimate, had a timing chain break with 102K miles. They didn't even take the car in their shop and wrote me an estimate of $11,813 for a new engine. I asked if there would be any help from MB of USA since they know they (MB) put in a faulty counterbalance sprocket (check the web) from the factory. They did a VIN search and found that I had bought the vehicle off Ebay instead of a MB dealer and told me @ 1:00 P.M. they wanted it off their lot by 8:00 P.M. requiring me to arrange a tow. Do not take your car there for auto body repairs. My car was rear ended and the impact caused damage to the motor. My concerns were expressed at the time the car was taken in for service however nothing was done other than bumper cover replaced. We had to call the owner of the dealership just to get them to address the issue. They had a truck that was the same as mine just 2 yrs newer. Theirs had the same amout of miles as mine they were asking 18000 and offered my 6000 for mine? The sales manager acts as though he is doing a favor by selling you a car. My suggestion is to find a dealer that will respect you and your buying of a new car.
