Really like this dealership. When I stopped in I didnt know what I wanted and I love that nobody tried to tell me what I wanted. I just got questions about my lifestyle and felt they didnt want to upell me as much as make sure it was my decision, and just give me the information I asked for. It took a month and they remembered me when I followed up by phone and I bought eventually. Driving my amazing new MB now, and still feel like I made the right choice. Thanks Jason!
In over 45 years of buying cars, I have never had a better and more enjoyable experience. This was my second Mercedes and a very quick decision after my '99 model decided it was time to retire. SCAM alert! ! DO NOT BUY the prepaid service package from this dealership or Mercedes. You only get 2 years to utilize YOUR money and if there is any left at the end of 2 years, Mercedes keeps it. They took $800+ from my family and left me with an $700 bill for an oil change/tire rotation- Yes, a $1500 glorified oil change if you are following the money. DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Avoid this dealership at all costs. The people at this dealership are shady and frauds. I was working with this sales guy name Ryan. I found a car online at this dealership that I liked, he confirmed the car is available and price. The car was not ready so he told me that he will let me know when it is ready for me to take a look at it and test drive. He called me one day and then kept changing to the other day. Where do I begin? We bought a used Lincoln from this dealership, immediately noticed problems with the accelerator sputter when you push it, we brought it back and their service guy didn’t see anything but would call a Lincoln dealership to take a look two days later we called several Lincoln dealerships and none had received a call from Mercedes Benz. Danny Hentz and Richard Zamora are some shady dudes. Sold a car out from under me after verbalizing a sale. Told me "to sue them". Are you kidding me? Do not buy from this dealership.
